Light golden yellow with clearly green reflections. Ripe peaches, dried apricots, orange peel, ginger, and elder blossoms. Juicy and powerful, with soft fruit sweetness in the finish.
Gewürztraminer Praepositus
Light golden-yellow in color. Intense and elegant scent of oranges, rose petals, lychees, ginger, and coriander. Juicy and spicy, yet at the same time refreshing, mineral-rich, and stimulating.
Pinot Nero Riserva Praepositus
Ruby-red with clear lighter hues at the rim. Notes of sour cherries and wild raspberries. Scent of forest floor, cinnamon and cloves. Elegant and seductive with alluring acidity and a velvety structure.
Apple juice old varieties
Old varieties. This apple juice is made from old apple varieties grown in the monastery’s historical Garden. It is full of character and tastes intense and fruity.
Herbal tea
This tea mixture is based on an old recipe from the Neustift monastery apothecary. The herbs are carefully dried and stored.
Apple Chips
Our dried apple chips are made from apples grown in the monastery’s own orchards; no added sugars and preservatives.

Finest mountain salt with fresh herbs and flowers from the Abbey garden.

Montain honey. A bright honey obtained from alpine rose blossoms, wild mountain herbs and a range of other mountain flowers. It has a mild and floral aroma.
