The Apple and Pear juice is made from fruits grown in the monastery’s own orchards. It has a unique, round taste.

Apple chips
Our dried apple chips are made from apples grown in the monastery’s own orchards; no added sugars and preservatives.

Herbal salt
Finest mountain salt with fresh herbs and flowers from the Abbey garden.

Herbal tea
This tea mixture is based on an old recipe from the Neustift monastery apothecary. The herbs are carefully dried and stored.

Flowerhoney
A light yellow blossom honey obtained from our meadows and forests. The wide range of flowers ensures a mild, fine taste.
